Reiki
Reiki is known commonly as a stress reduction and relaxation technique that originates from Japan. It is a very gentle hands-on balancing system. Reiki induces a state of peace and joy within the mind, body, and spirit. It is so relaxing that one hour of Reiki can be equivalent to four hours of sleep. Some say it is like a massage for the soul. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Sydney offers Reiki healing sessions, where you receive Reiki, and Reiki Trainings, where you become attuned and trained to teach of provide Reiki to others.
Reiki Healing Sessions
Focus on relaxing and releasing any mental, emotional and physical stresses with the healing powers of Reiki. This healing modality helps the receiver feel rejuvenated and clear.

Reiki Trainings
Anyone may channel the Reiki healing energies once they have had an attumement. A Reiki attunement is when the Reiki Master Teacher transfers the Reiki healing energies to the student. During this process, Rei or spiritual energy makes adjustments in the student’s energy pathways and deeper parts of their consciousness. This Reiki modality is known as Usui Reiki.

My Personal Journey as a Reiki Master TeacherOne night, I had a dream that my friends and I were each divided into groups and given jobs for the world/the community (sort of like in the book “The Giver”). While multiple people were sorted together, I was the last one to receive my job. I was brought into a room by myself. There, I was told that my job was to become the Reiki Master Teacher. I was to heal those in need and attune those that wished to bring more light and love into the world. I woke from this enlightened dream and scheduled my Reiki 1 attunement the very next day. Now, as a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I have made my dream come true.
