A Shapeshifter has the ability to completely transform their physical form. In this three month, we dive deep into your present health goals and reveal what is needed for you to reshape your physical, mental, and emotional realities. One of my favorite quotes by Gregg Braden states that, "The key to our transformation is simply this: the better we know ourselves the better equipped we will be to make our choices wisely."​ During this program, I support you in really getting to know yourself. What has shaped you into who you are today? How does that influence you wellness choices? Together, we discover what you can do to break old patterns and transform for the better.
