Superhero
A Superhero is an exceptionally skillful, strong-willed, and successful person. When we are strong and healthy within ourselves (physically, mentally, and emotionally) we are able to more fully and confidently contribute to the world in a positive way. Becoming a Superhero is a journey of self-compassion. Self-compassion is beneficial for physical, mental and emotional health. It involves taking time to go within and access your “inner critic” (that voice inside your head that sometimes puts you down or has regrets). It allows you to forgive and work through that voice to develop an attitude of kindness and acceptance toward yourself. With this attitude, healthy changes and increased peace are available. During the this program we go to this place and surface the superhero that is already within you.
