1. How to feel safe and stable during intense times
Home cooking is a great way to feel safe and stable during intense. Think about the energy of cooking in our homes versus the energy of us eating out. When we cook at home, we are innately put loving energy into our food. The energy behind the chefs at restaurants is unknown to us and may be affecting us energetically. Whatever energy the cooks are putting into the food is the energy that fuel our bodies. When we preparing food for ourselves and loved ones in the comforts of home, it creates authentic nourishment for the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies. It filled with love and care and will helps us stay grounded and have stability through the waves of intensity.
2. Don't let the intensities diminish your quality of life
It is important to find the strength to work hard and overcome fears, and also to rest and relax, especially during intense times. Imagine a balanced scale and on one side there is an image of someone going to work and working really hard. On the other side there is someone fully resting and relaxing. If you are feeling off balance in these areas, use your intuition to even the scale. Being balanced will enhance one’s quality of life and help one accomplish their work to their highest potential.
3. How to find strength and power during intense times
A great way to find strength and power during intense times is by conscious breathing and receiving sunlight. Any time the sun is out try to spend at least 10 mins of time in sun. The sun is what brings life to earth and boosts our mood! It is also important to remember to consciously breathing. Breathing is the central most important physiological function of the human organism and is the only function we can do completely consciously or unconsciously. By focusing on your breath, your body and mind can enter a state of relaxation.

Remember that we are all powerful focusers and we have the ability to choose what to focus on. We can stay here in the intensity and keep beating that drum, or we can choose to say that that was then and this is now. It is our choice.
There is this quote by Brad Flinders that says, “think of something that is soft to the touch, smile as you know that you can create anything with your thoughts.” We are the creators, and have the ability to move from “then to now.” Moving “on” from that intensity and into the “now.” We can associate the “now” with an image that feels bountiful, joyful, and loving. It could be a favorite spot traveled to, a field of flowers, a mountain top, home with animals. Close your eyes and think of this happy place for you. When the intense times hit, allow yourself to access this place and notice how you feel.
5. How to communicate during intense times
When it comes to communication, intensities are like stormy clouds. However, when there is a storm, rainbows can come and flowers can grow. When we act without thinking thoroughly and move too quickly, information becomes so intense and everything becomes so speed up that we get caught in the storm. It is important to slow down and let the storm pass. Slow down your words. We have to be patient, accept the process, know that there is time, follow the flow and tie up loose ends. Take time to let the storm pass to reach the rainbow. Also, it is important to examine your personal relationship to the word time - sometimes we may think there is no time. Try your best to change that relationship where time is on our side.
6. How to see beyond the intensities
See beyond the intense times through laughter. Remembering the childlike innocence and the joy that comes from laughter and play. Find a moment each day to play, whether it be with an animal, with friends, have fun with cooking or listening to music. Make time and reap the benefits of celebrating life. It brings new ideas, fresh perspectives, joy, creativity!
