 Essential oils are a natural aromatherapy. They are created by extracting oils from concentrated plants. There are many different types of essential oils and each contains unique healing properties. However, one amazing quality that they all share is that they can help change the energy in the air to shift and uplift one's environment. By shifting the environment, you can shift your energy! Think about when you go to a flower shop and suddenly you smell freshly cut flowers or let's say you go to a bakery and smell freshly baked bread...the atmosphere shifts based on the smell.
